CC_SED – invited competition for a seating landscape
The New Stage of the National Theatre and PERI UP organized a competition for a summer seating installation.
Ply boards of 2,5×0,5m and the GT24 truss in any amount, easy assembly and undamaged building material were the main conditions.
Two landscapes occupy the sunniest and the shadiest parts of the square. The interlocking hyperbolic surfaces offer spaces to sit, lie and welter and of course we include a summer bar.
“Ambitious and visionary, but a bit uncomfortable…” according to the jury.
