CC_ZEN – attic lofts for sibblings
Two sibblings, two flats, two terraces. One view and a common passage.
Sunshading over the glazed south-facing wall creates a passage allowing occasional visits between the terraces. An elevated rose bush keeps the visits in an appropriate range.
